Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix purchase; if you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all appliances and accessories are returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Thermomix and all included accessories into the original internal packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
